A letter from Paul Kelly about Maternity Services

Dear Sir/Madam

I hope all is well today.

Myself and my wife (Beverley) had the pleasure of welcoming into the world our daughter, Betsy Rose Kelly on Tuesday 8th October at Forth Valley Hospital.  Our stay consisted of visiting Ward 7 and Ward 8 (arriving on Sunday 6th October to be induced and leaving on Wednesday 9th October with Betsy).  In the preceding months we have attended the Hospital on several occasions for regular scans and consultations.

I can honestly say that any words I use are insufficient for me to really describe how fabulous a service and support we received through our Childs Pregnancy & Birth.  We met numerous staff throughout our visits and stay and every single one was incredibly warm, patient, generous, professional and loving.

This was our first and most likely only child and as such we were keen to make it as enjoyable experience as possible.  The level of service and support we received throughout our visits to the Hospital vastly exceeded our wildest expectations – I just don’t believe you would receive that amount of care and attention in any Hotel in the World.

Our family will always be indebted to this Hospital – we have recommended it so often to people we meet.  Infact it was a friend of ours who had given it a glowing recommendation after she had her son there last year and this prompted us to choose Forth Valley also.

I would be most grateful if you could pass on our thanks and emphasise that the staff at the Hospital have contributed so much to making the greatest moment of my life far greater by their approach and kindness.

Many thanks once again – the Hospital is truly wonderful.

Eternally in your debt.

Kind Regards,

Paul,  Beverly & Betsy Rose Kelly
