“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the NHS.
“We only waited 20 minutes this time but of course it depends how busy they are.
“They’ve discussed everything with me and I know exactly what’s happening. The only thing I don’t know is whether they’ll get me out in time to catch my holiday flight tonight!”
