“Outstanding Care and Help”

On 2nd October I was admitted to the Forth Valley Royal Hospital at Larbert with a DVT to my right leg having returned from a long haul flight from America.

I was initially treated by Dr Neomi and her nursing staff at A&E then onto the assessment centre followed by an admission to Bank 3. I would like it to be noted that throughout my stay, I was treated with the best of care and treatment by all of the staff.  The word would be exemplary?

I would especially like to thank Dr McDermott and Staff Nurse O Brien for their outstanding care and help during my stay.  Outstanding.  I know that it is fashionable to knock the NHS.  However I have nothing but praise for this hospital and the staff within.
Thank you so much for being there in my time of need.
