‘The Friendly Professionalism of The Staff Was Truly Exemplary’
I wanted to take the opportunity to express my delight with the quality of service afforded to me at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
I was diagnosed with a benign tumour on the 4th November last year, and had the operation to remove my submandibular gland two weeks ago, from which I am delighted to say I am now fully fit and back working.
I want to say a huge thanks to everyone who works for FVRH who in some way, (directly or indirectly) contributed to the world class treatment I received during the 4 months I was attending the Out Patient and Day Surgery Departments.
The friendly professionalism of the staff was truly exemplary, since the new hospital opened I have heard comments from people along the lines of ‘too big’ and ‘too impersonal’. I have to comment to you that my patient experience was neither of these, indeed the polar opposite.
Thanks to everyone who works at our fantastic new ‘state of the art’ facility, I am forever indebted to you. In particular Mr Keay who carried out the operation I had, with the utmost skill and professionalism. We are fortunate to have people of his calibre caring for us.
