‘Their Calm Professionalism and Commitment Was Clear For All To See’
My colleague and friend was treated over the last few months for a brain-related injury at Forth Valley Hospital and as a result of the care, treatment and dedication of the staff in ICU and Ward A12 (as well as the paramedics who got her to hospital), she is likely to make a full recovery. Despite the seriousness of her condition, all staff consistently treated myself and other visitors with respect and consideration – and always showed belief in her recovery. I’m not sure the skills and dedication of your staff is always understood or appreciated by the general public, but their calm professionalism and commitment was clear for all to see. The hospital is a huge credit to the NHS and I want to thank your staff for all the effort and time spent.
