‘Too seldom do we say thank you when we receive good service’
I have just been discharged from FVRH after spending a few days courtesy of the ITU and cardiology department. I feel that we have become a nation of complainers but too seldom do we say thank you when we receive good service. I have to say that everyone I came into contact with from my initial call to NHS 24, the Scottish Ambulance Service and then absolutely everyone I had dealings with at FVRH (from porters to consultants) were a credit to the NHS and made my experience a positive one. I would therefore like to pass on my thanks and I feel confident that my follow up out patient appointments will be as positive.
