‘Two Marvellous Surgeons’

It gives me great pleasure to write to the Board of Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert.   While on holiday in Killearn I fell and fractured my femur, and had to be taken by ambulance to FVR A&E Department on December 26 2014. mr. Robinson admitted me and on December 27 Mr. Roche performed my surgery.   Afterwards I was admitted to ward B23 and was there until my discharge on January 4 2015. Your Staff in A&E were speedy and efficient and the nurses in B23 were marvellous.   I was visited by the Physiotherapy staff, and after the walker, was taught to use the elbow crutches and how to go up and down stairs. Apart from my two marvellous surgeons I would also like to mention some of the nurses who’s names I remember but they were all great:

Staff Nurses Catherine and Lauren – nurse Lynne. (who was going on holiday to Portugal) and male nurse Alan.

If you can please let my surgeons and nurses know how much their care was appreciated by me and my family.
