If you are interested in local healthcare there are Public Partnership Forums (PPFs) in Stirling, Falkirk & Clackmannanshire. Each has six elected representatives to take views from their wider community to the Community Health Partnerships. The PPFs hold meetings with their communities every two months to discuss different topics and their local impact. You can also get involved in the Patient Public Panel (PPP) which is designed to ensure local patients and members of the public have an opportunity to have their say on a wide range of issue which affect them. The Steering Group of the Patient Public Panel, which sets the agenda for the Panel’s work, meets every 8 weeks. In addition, the Full Panel Full Patient Public Panel meets every 2 months. Members can also participate in a number of subgroups linked to pateint safety, patient experience and the development of the new Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
