Keep Well support
Keep Well NHS Forth Valley are currently offering a 1:1 telephone support for staff working and staff who are shielding. Staff can access support and guidance from a Life coach who has extensive experience supporting people with health and wellbeing, and an Occupational Therapist, who specialises in supporting Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work. The intended support may vary from providing a safe-space to talk, through to practical signposting to other services such as debt, benefit and money advice, smoking cessation and other wellbeing resources.

Wellbeing Helpline
All health and social care workers in Scotland have access to mental health support 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a new national helpline.
The health and social care workforce mental wellbeing support line can be reached on 0800 111 4191 is operated by NHS 24 on a 24/7 basis.
Action in Mind
Action in Mind is a mental health charity that helps people in the Stirling area to battle loneliness and isolation. Their services include adult befriending, counselling, home support and rural outreach.
The Time and Space service which was set up in response to COVID-19 provides listening support over the phone to anyone in need and can be reached on 01786 451203.
