Investing In Health Grants Programme
Investing in Health is a grants programme funded by Forth Valley Giving, the official registered charity of NHS Forth Valley that is open to all Wards, Departments & Services as well as external not-for-profit organisations. Forth Valley Giving provides support for charitable activities and services that are intended to supplement and enhance the services provided by the Health Board.
All grant applications require to be in accordance with the Charitable Purpose of Forth Valley Giving which states:-
“the charitable purpose of the fund is the advancement of health, including the prevention or relief of sickness, disease or human suffering for Forth Valley residents”.
All applications therefore must either be necessary to, or incidental to, the provision of this purpose. There are two different categories of grant:
- Large Grants
- Small Grants
The Large Grants Programme supports projects with an individual cost of greater than £5,000 however applications are not being considered at this time.
The Small Grants Programme supports projects with an individual cost of less than £5,000 and is subject to the availability of funds. Application forms and guidance notes are available for download below:
