If you have a diagnosis of coeliac disease or dermatitis herpetiformis, you are entitled to receive staple gluten free food on prescription. From February 2014, you can order your gluten-free food directly from your pharmacist instead of through your GP. Your GP can give you a registration form to take to your pharmacist to allow you to register for this service.
All the information you need to know about this service can be found on the NHS inform website.
Or you can also call the NHS inform helpline on 0800 22 44 88 with any questions.

Alternatively your Local Pharmacist can give you a copy of the list.
