Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of therapy which can help you to manage your problems and life stresses by changing the way you think, feel, and behave. CBT can also help you to break down your problems to make sense of them more easily. It is based on the idea that when something happens your thoughts, emotions, physical feeling and actions are all linked and understanding this process can help you to change the cycle.
Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (otherwise known as CBT) has been proven to be very effective in the treatment of many mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress. Accessing support in this way can be much quicker and lead to the same results.
