The Why Weight Team support and encourage children and their families to take part in Cooking At Home Challenges. The challenge is to make 1 main meal once a week, for 6 weeks.

It’s a great way for young people to gain confidence and learn new cooking skills, as well as providing an opportunity for individuals to try new foods and dishes, as well as eating meals together.
