Workshops (booking essential):

• New ways to distract: Decoupage workshop: 10am-11am
• Tinnitus Services and Support (& Q+A session): 11am – 12noon
• Wellbeing & Mindfulness 1pm – 2pm
• Guided Meditation 2pm – 3pm
