In Scotland, an option to secure a short-term or long-term property through renting or buying, is to contact an Estate and Letting Agents will have properties for sale and rental properties available. With rental properties, they act as ‘go betweens’ between tenants and landlords. They can help you find a property which suits your needs, arrange viewings of the property, help you with the process of agreeing a contract for the property, collect your rent to pass onto the landlord and be a contact for you should any repairs need carried out whilst you are living at the property.
