Patient Transport Service
The Scottish Ambulance Service provides transport for patients who need support to reach their healthcare appointments due to their medical or mobility needs. The number to call is 0300 1231236 (calls are charged at local rate).

If you move home or change name you should first notify your GP practice. If you are awaiting an outpatient appointment or have ongoing treatment you should notify us directly as well as your GP practice. This can be done via email at email@example.com or by calling 01324 566 249.
Patient Advice and Support Service
The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS), which is part of the Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) Service, provides independent, free, confidential information, advice and support to anyone who uses the NHS in Scotland. It aims to support patients, their carers and families in their dealings with the NHS and in other matters affecting their health.
Advocacy Patient Representation Service
People may use a range of health and social care services provided by the NHS and local authorities and may at times require the services of a professional advocate to deal with a specific issue or concern. Professional independent advocacy services in Forth Valley are delivered by Forth Valley Advocacy as part of a contract with Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Councils and NHS Forth Valley.
