NHS Forth Valley is governed by a Board of Directors and is accountable to the Minister for Health and Community Care through the Scottish Government. The Board controls an annual budget of £500 million, and is responsible for providing health services and improving the health for the population of Forth Valley.

In order to follow national social distancing advice, NHS Forth Valley Board meetings will no longer take place at Carseview House until further notice. Board members will continue to meet virtually, as required, to focus on our response to COVID-19 and any other urgent governance or performance issues.
