If you have a phone appointment booked, a member of the diabetic team will call you at your scheduled time. If you can no longer make your appointment time please contact the Diabetes team to reschedule.
What to do before your scheduled telephone appointment:
- Send any information that has been requested before your appointment.
- Upload your meter. Please see the links below depending on your meter type.
- Have any questions ready.
