Control It
These 2 hour information sessions provide information on what diabetes is and can help you set personal goals and make positive lifestyle changes, as well as offering support to help you self manage your condition.
Our group sessions are online, with new sessions starting at venues throughout Forth Valley from January 2024.
Type 2 Diabetes Explained
This programme is delivered over 4 sessions, each session is around 2 hours long. The sessions will support you to make healthier lifestyle choices and self manage your diabetes on a daily basis. In small groups, you will have the opportunity to talk about living with diabetes, in a relaxed and friendly way. You are welcome to bring along a friend or family member to the sessions.
