The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) was formed to help improve the quality of health care for patients in Scotland. They assist in reducing variation in practice and outcomes, through the development and dissemination of national clinical guidelines. Scottish Stroke Care Audit (SSCA)
