This short video highlights the work of NHS Forth Valley’s Hospital at Home service, which is staffed by a multidisciplinary team made up of doctors, nurses, Allied Health Professionals (including  dieticians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists) and health care support workers who all specialise in the care of people with acute medical conditions. Patients referred to the service are assessed and treated in their own home and are able to receive the same level of care and treatment which, in the past, would have been provided on an inpatient basis.
