This short film highlights some of the staff who are working at Kersiebank Medical Practice as part of a new multi-disciplinary primary care team. Since NHS Forth Valley took over responsibility for the Practice in May 2015, it has put in place a range of additional services and support as well as building a team of GPs to provide care and treatment to local people. Four salaried doctors have been recruited to work at the Practice who are supported by a team of locum GPs and a number of GPs from neighbouring practices. Patients also have access to a wider multi-disciplinary healthcare team which includes four advanced nurse practitioners, two community mental health nurses, two pharmacists and a team of paramedic practitioners.
