Vision for Health & Care Services Highlighted at Clacks Meeting

Local people in Clackmannanshire are being invited to meet NHS Forth Valley’s Chief Executive, Cathie Cowan, to hear about the vision for local health and care services and provide feedback on what matters most to them.

She will be speaking at a meeting of the Clackmannanshire Public Partnership Forum will take place in Sauchie Community Hall on Wed 14th November 2018 at 7.00pm. During the meeting Mrs Cowan will give an update on the latest plans and priorities for NHS Forth Valley, including the recent £17 million pound investment to help reduce waiting times. She is also keen to hear from local people about what matters most to them in the development, delivery and planning of health and social care services.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to discuss the new Strategic Plan for Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership. The plan, which will set out how local health and social care services will be delivered across Stirling and Clackmannanshire over the next three years, will be informed by feedback from a wide range of community meetings and events with local service users, carers, community groups, members of the public and staff.
