Regular walking, combined with simple strength and balance exercises, can help you stay active and independent as you age. Our local programmes are designed for everyone—whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already active.
What Are Health Walks?
Health Walks are local, safe, accessible, short group walks that are free to attend. Led by trained walk leaders along risk-assessed routes, they support those who are least active to get moving. Many Health Walks also include strength and balance activities, helping people stay active for longer.
