Healthcare Associated Infection Reporting Templates

Regular updates of our performance in relation to Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are reported at every NHS Board meeting and details are included in the Executive Performance Reports. Copies of the reports are included in the Board papers which are published online after every Board meeting.

Escalation

NHS Forth Valley was moved to Stage 2 of the NHS Scotland Support and Intervention Framework on 9 October 2025 in recognition of further improvements in governance, leadership and culture.

This means the Board no longer requires direct formal support from the Scottish Government. You can find out more here.
