Big Plus for Hospital Restaurant

The restaurant at Forth Valley Royal Hospital has received a Healthy Living Plus Award for its continued efforts to promote healthy living for staff, patients and visitors. This national award recognise the wide range of measures undertaken to encourage healthy eating – these include reducing fizzy drinks and confectionery and increasing the range and profile of healthy food and drink options. Catering Manager, Anne Davidson, who also recently won the HCA Catering Team of the Year Award 2013, was credited for her inspirational leadership, drive and enthusiasm to make a difference.
