Congratulations to Nicola Riddell, NHS Forth Valley’s eRoster Manager who has been shortlisted in Digital Leader of the Year category in this year’s HSJ Digital Awards for 2023 for her work to develop a new eRostering system.

Nicola has been involved in developing an eRostering system, moving away from the previous manual allocation of shifts.

The new digital rostering system aims to make it easier for managers to ensure the right member of staff are working in the right place at the right time, bringing benefits to patient care and increasing patient safety.
