Coping with Suicide – A Time to Remember
Families and friends bereaved by suicide are being invited to a service of remembrance on Monday 25th September 2017, 7pm in the Spiritual Care Centre at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert.
The service will offer a gentle atmosphere where people bereaved by suicide will be able to be with others who understand. There will be music, words and quietness.
NHS Forth Valley Spiritual Care Health Care Chaplain, Mary Anne Burgoyne, said: “We will be hearing personal stories of loss but also hear about having hope in the midst of loss.”
This is the eighth year the service has been arranged by the NHS Forth Valley Spiritual Care Team and follows a request from an NHS Forth Valley staff member who lost a loved one through suicide.
