Consultation on Falkirk Health and Social Care Integration Scheme

The Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s Integration Scheme is being reviewed, as required every five years by the Constituent Authorities. All partners involved have considered the learning from the past five years of the existing Scheme and have proposed a draft revised Integration Scheme.

Consultation on the Integration Scheme is required before submission to the Scottish Government for approval, and you can provide any comments or feedback below.
