Decision Notification

The below Pharmacy Application was considered by the Forth Valley Pharmacy Practices Committee (PPC) at an Oral Hearing held on 7^th August 2023. The decision of the Committee was that the provision of pharmaceutical services at the premises was necessary and desirable to secure adequate provision of pharmaceutical services in the neighbourhood in which the premises were located by persons whose names are included in the Pharmaceutical List and accordingly, the Application was granted. The Applicant & Interested Parties (those notified, who had submitted written representation on the Application) have the right to Appeal the PPC decision. Any notice of appeal must contain a concise statement detailing the circumstances or other points of law in which the appellant contends that the decision of the Pharmacy Practices Committee is erroneous.

The cut-off date for Appeals to be notified to and received by the NHS Board will be the 13^th September 2023.
