What are Friends?
‘Friends’ are voluntary groups of local residents who dedicate their time, energy and effort to raising funds for the benefit of hospitals and patients throughout Forth Valley.
They also promote interest in the hospitals and provide a link between them and the communities they serve.
NHS Forth Valley currently has 2 Friends Groups:
- The Friends of Stirling Health & Care Village
- The Friends of Forth Valley Royal Hospital
Each of these groups manage their own affairs and raise and distribute funds independent of NHS Forth Valley.
