Detailed Instructions
If you are coming for a Paediatric Neurodevelopmental appointment at Falkirk community hospital we are usually based within the Outpatients (OPD) department.
Park at the front of the hospital and walk through the hospital which will take about 10-15 minutes. There is a bit of walking and stairs or a lift.
When you enter the hospital and walk up the ramp you come to a T junction with this sign. Follow signs for café, out patient department.
Turn left at the top of the ramp and head along the corridor:
When you get to the end of the corridor, turn right, continuing to follow café and outpatients upper floor:
Walk along the corridor and you come to stairs and the lift. Take the stairs or lift up to the main waiting area and follow signs for Eye Clinic and Audiology.
Go through the doors for Audilogy and Suite A and wait in the waiting area:
When it is your appointment time and clinican will come and get you. The name of the clinicians you are seeing should be on your letter. On the website under our team there are photos of everyone so you can se who you will be seeing.
The assessment will take place in a clinic room that will look similar to this:
