Margret Murphy is a Patient Advocate for the World Health Organisation (WHO) Patients for Patient Safety Programme. She recently attended the Safe and Reliable Results Handing in Primary Care event in Forth Valley.
Margaret shares her story of her son Kevin who died aged 21 years. By sharing her experience Margaret hopes to give an insight into what it is like to be a patient, a family and a clinician when things go wrong in the healthcare system.
