Step 1
Detach your earmould from the hearing aid as shown below.
Step 2
Wash the earmould in warm soapy water while being careful to keep the hearing aid dry. Rinse earmould thoroughly and dry it completely.
Step 3
Re-attach the earmould onto the hearing aid as illustrated below.
