SilverCloud offers a wide range of online courses designed to support your wellbeing, including help with physical health challenges. These courses teach practical techniques to manage emotions and create space around the difficulties you may be facing.
Some of the courses are available as self-help and can be accessed directly via self-referral (Use access code: Scotland2020) – just click the ‘Self Refer’ link within the relevant courses below. Most other courses are guided self-help, which include up to three online reviews which involves a supporter checking in on your progress every two or three weeks for the duration of the programme. To access these, you can ask your GP practice or healthcare professional to refer you.
