Our Stoma Care Team is here to support you, your family, and carers – every step of the way. Whether you’re preparing for surgery, adjusting to life with a stoma, or managing ongoing care.
When Should I Contact the Stoma Care Service?

- Sore or irritated skin around the stoma
- An inactive stoma
- Feeling generally unwell

It is beneficial to take your Stoma Care Passport to every appointment. You can show it to anyone in the healthcare sector involved in your care – it helps ensure continuity and personalised support.
