• The Pain Toolkit
  This website that accompanies the booklet above has been developed by Pete Moore who lives with persistent pain. He runs regular online webinars and “cafes” for people who experience persistent pain.
• Pain Association Scotland
  This Scottish charity offers videos to support you to develop management strategies that may help you to cope with your pain in a better way.
• Managing Chronic Pain
  The Scottish clinical guideline for managing chronic pain. A guide for patients and carers.
• NHS Inform Mental Wellbeing
  Information for those experiencing stress, low mood, anxiety and other mental health problems. Includes links to self help guides and practical steps to improve mental wellbeing.
• Breathing Space
  A helpline providing listening, information and advice for people in Scotland feeling low, stressed or anxious. Available throughout the weekend and at night when other services are not available.
