NHS Forth Valley are seeking to reassure parents that information about children who miss hospital appointments will not be routinely passed or forwarded to the child’s named person.

Following consultation, letters which suggested this would automatically happen have now been withdrawn and we are continuing to work with the Scottish Government and other agencies to ensure a consistent approach to information sharing and communications with parents.
