Flow Coaching (Access QI programme) – planned care teams: Collaboration with Healthcare Imrprovement Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland and participating NHS Boards. Six planned care teams, Urology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, Drugs and Alcohol and early intervention in psychosis. Planned care teams also have access to a QI toolkit tailored for improving access, QI training to enable teams to use the toolkit, project workshops to support the delivery of successful change and a QI coach to provide QI coaching to the team.
Teams based approach (Value Management) – teams based approach to quality: a value management approach bringing cost and quality data to the point of care to drive sustained improvement.
Individual Training – Learning for Improvement (LFI) – Learning for improvement is a virtual learning programme with the aim to support individuals to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to participate as members of improvement teams, contributing to testing, measuring and reporting on changes made.
