We welcome your feedback about your experience of doing the strength and balance exercises that are promoted around Larbert Loch.
Any amount of physical activity, however small, is good for you. Continuing to enjoy local walks, jogs, cycles or doing a few strength and balance exercises everyday is a great way to clear your head and stay active. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you do something that you enjoy and keep moving.
You can download your own copy of the strength and balance exercises here onto your phone so that you can do them at home?
Or download the Loch strength and balance exercises guide.
Walking briskly is good for your health as it builds stamina, burns calories and makes your heart healthier.
If you have enjoyed walking around the grounds and / or taking part in the strength and balance exercises, please have a look at Step Forth for more local walks you can join in with if you like. Some of the walks also include time to do some strength and balance exercises. You can also look at Paths for All’s health walk finder to find a walk close to where you live or work.
