The aim of the Bellfield Centre is to give encouragement, support and confidence in people to learn or re-learn the skills needed to be as independent as possible. The focus is on working together to assess what you can do, rather on what you aren’t able to do.
The purpose of the Bellfield Centre is to provide a short term assessment, by a team of trained staff in providing health and social care with a rehab approach. The service works in partnership with NHS Forth Valley and will be supported by Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Portfolio Care teams.
This is all delivered within a high quality homely environment, to help people to returning to live at home or in their own community.
