NHS Forth Valley Staff Ask Local People to Stay Home
Staff from Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert have taken to social media to ask local people across Forth Valley to heed the national advice to stay at home to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
The group includes staff from the hospital’s Clinical Assessment Unit who took some time out of their busy day to share the message “We stay at work for you. Please stay at home for us.”
Andrew Murray, NHS Forth Valley’s Medical Director, said: “Our staff have seen health colleagues across the world sharing this simple message and wanted to create a local version to help highlight why staying at home is so important right now.
“Following this advice is the best way of showing your support for local healthcare staff as staying at home will help stop the spread of COVID-19, reduce pressure on local NHS services and ultimately save lives.”
