Baby & Children (Age 2 to 5) Vaccinations
Childhood Immunisation Schedule
All children in Scotland will be offered the vaccines they need to protect against serious diseases. However, the immunisation schedule has recently changed. This means that some children will be offered vaccines at different times in their lives. When they’ll be offered vaccines will depend on when they were born. Please visit Vaccines for children | NHS inform to find out more.
In addition to the routine childhood immunisations, the flu vaccine is currently being offered, and is recommended for children aged 6 months to 2 years with an eligible health condition.
Flu Drop-in Clinics
If your child is aged between 2 and 5 years old (not yet at school) and were unable to attend their scheduled flu vaccination appointment, you can now attend a drop-in clinic (no appointment needed).
