In order the achieve the best possible control of your diabetes, we recommend regular review of your/your child’s glucose levels.
In order to get a clear picture, we recommend at least 4 finger prick checks a day and/or frequent scanning of your Libre device. The more data you have, the easier it is to identify patterns.
We have produced helpful leaflets to guide your review, depending on which devices you are using.
We are always happy to look at your upload with you and assist you with any changes which may need to be made. The more often you review numbers and make changes, the clearer it becomes.
If your numbers are consistently outwith the target (high or low), make changes now. Don’t wait until your next clinic visit.
