Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of therapy which can help you to manage your problems and life stresses by changing the way you think, feel, and behave. CBT can also help you to break down your problems to make sense of them more easily. It is based on the idea that when something happens your thoughts, emotions, physical feeling and actions are all linked and understanding this process can help you to change the cycle.
