MyCare.scot is an online service that lets you access your health and social care information in one secure place.
If you are aged 18 or over, you can use MyCare.scot on the web or mobile app to view:
- your medicines and allergies
- your vaccination record (from 2021)
- health and wellbeing services near you
- some personal details held by NHS Scotland, such as your home address
- your Community Health Index (CHI) number
More features will be added over time, including the ability to receive digital letters and check your appointments.
Your information is protected by the same security measures used for all health and social care records.
